So it has begun!

I have gluten free all purpose flour.  I'm not the biggest fan of it I won't lie, BUT it's a good substitution because everything in the world has gluten in it even some lunch meats - I don't even know how that happens!

So here is our first recipe Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes.

I skipped the icing it looked complicated and I call them muffins - the kids don't know the difference anyway!  So far they are a hit - yay for muffins!
