How to get started!

Every month I host a Accountability Groups which are private online groups with people working toward common goals together.  I use daily accountability, encouragement, weekly weigh-ins, progress photos, meal plans, fun challenges and prizes to create a community of support!!!  

No matter where you are in your fitness journey - there is a place for you in an Accountability Group.  And especially if nutrition or fitness is a struggle for you, my personal Accountability Groups are a place to meet your challenges head-on and make wise choices

I am an expert at connecting people to get results.  I will work with you to determine: your goals, your likes and dislikes, how much time you have to spend, and more.  Then I will match you up to a home fitness program and place you with a group of people you can relate to.
